About the Material

What is Technoplasticat

Technoplasticat is a group of polymer compositions (compounds) built on thermoplastic polymers and reinforced with functional additives. Unlike standard plastics, these materials are engineered to meet specific product requirements: strength, rigidity, dimensional stability, wear resistance, surface quality, and processing efficiency.

The base is thermoplastics — macromolecular materials suitable for forming (injection molding, extrusion, thermoforming). The finished product retains its properties under heat, washing, and other types of treatment.

Composition

Material Composition

The compound is formed from a matrix, fillers, and modifiers — for a controlled balance of properties.

Polymer Matrix

Polyolefins (polypropylene/polyethylene), polyesters (PET), polyamides, and other thermoplastics.

Fillers

Mineral powders, fibers, glass fiber, talc — improve rigidity and mechanical strength.

Modifiers & Stabilizers

Plasticizers, UV stabilizers, and flow modifiers — for durability and surface quality.

Questions

FAQ

Answers to the most common questions about Technoplasticat and its applications.

How is Technoplasticat different from regular plastic?

Technoplasticat is a compound with a controlled formulation: fillers and modifiers are added to the base thermoplastic to achieve the required balance of strength, rigidity, dimensional stability, and surface quality.

What processing technologies are suitable for this material?

Depending on the specific grade and formulation, Technoplasticat is compatible with injection molding, extrusion, and thermoforming. Processing parameters are selected to match the required geometry and surface requirements.

Can properties be tailored to a specific product?

Yes. The formulation allows adjusting filler content and modifications to achieve target properties: increased rigidity, impact resistance, wear resistance, stability at elevated temperatures, and stability under operational loads.
